Isaac Reiss

Isaac Reiss (Est. 1989) Before the JA New York Spring Show in March, 2017, the industry association asked Isaac Reiss for five words that best describe his brand’s DNA. His answer, “Simplicity, Elegance, Original, Authentic, Hand-Crafted.”
Reiss introduced his line in 1989 in New York. The focus is “well priced pieces that are superior in quality [with] each piece … hand-crafted in 14K and 18K gold enhanced with diamonds, pearls, and semi-precious stones.” Pieces are modern yet timeless and designed in styles that will endure for years to come. Popular pieces are mostly in rich yellow gold though any of the pieces can be special ordered in white gold.
The brand also offers a Judaica Collection manufactured exclusively in Israel. Each of these pieces is instilled with significant meaning and the cultural heritage of the Jewish homeland.
From its inception, I. Reiss Collections have featured the latest trends and the most innovative styles. Now in business for nearly three decades, the brand is known throughout the United States as one of the leading designers of fine jewelry.
Distinguished by its rich, textural designs, I. Reiss creates classics that are edgy but also stand the test of time. Designer Reiss believes that metals should be shown in their naturally-occurring colors and that yellow gold is the perfect material to showcase his designs. Reiss uses only yellow gold with a matte hammered finish – a very specific design that brings out the beauty and warmth of the bold, chunky jewelry.
Richly saturated golds, contrasted with the vibrant sparkle of brilliantly cut diamonds make it easy to understand the jewelry’s appeal. The hammer-inspired finishes and raw edge of each piece of jewelry inspire visions of far off lands especially in its exquisite cuffs, lightly feathered rings, and necklaces with soft chains, and ornate medallions.
Since 2011, I. Reiss has won or placed as a finalist each year in the JCK Jewelers’ Choice Award competition. JCK Magazine holds an annual contest for jewelry designers and winners are featured in the March-April issue of JCK Magazine.
Isaac Reiss pieces are classically beautiful, unique and of very high quality.  Judaica and crosses from Reiss are treasures made in Jerusalem and can be passed down through generations of families.
